Kristiana Shijakova is a molecular biologist with experience in the field of scientific research, work experience in clinical diagnostics and with a great desire to educate young bright minds about the wonders of biological sciences by combining theory, practice and field experiences. As a biology teacher, her main goal is to bring science closer to the students, on a more personal level, where students will not only passively learn it as an abstract theory of nature, but also feel and remember that they themselves are part of that nature and will acquire the necessary skills for everyday proper and healthy living and personal protection, while encouraging their creativity, individuality and critical thinking.
