Today we present you this week’s students of the week – Marko Ivan Kochishki!

A music enthusiast who is not just a music selector, but also creates captivating electronic drum & bass music, and has formed his own band, Marko has been a lover of music and the arts since a very early age. With a volunteering and work portfolio at various prestigious events such as Makedox, Talin Music Week, Ypsigrock, D-Fest, Takstrat, PIN Music Festival, and more, his love of music has grown at a rapid pace throughout the years.

Yet, as an interesting twist in his music development, his passion for artistic expression has led him to venture into the realm of writing poetry, as a path to communicate his music uniquely and distinctly. Despite the unconventional approach to writing music, he has already participated in the renowned Skopski Festival, a poetry reading competition, where he has competed with 54 other talented participants. Notably, he succeeded in making the 15 participants with the best poems at the festival and clinched an impressive spot in the top 5 participants during the final reading competition.
