We are thrilled to announce that our talented American High School Skopje students have soared to new heights at this year’s NASA Space Apps Challenge!

The incredible Space Gardeners team, comprised of our AHSS students Andrea Leskarovska, and Stefan Markovski, our amazing alumni Nikola Markovski, and Luka Nikolovski, from the high school Rade Jovčevski – Korčagin, put their brilliant minds to work tirelessly over the course of 48 hours. Their mission? To tackle the Habitable Exoplanets: Creating Worlds Beyond Our Own challenge and find the most imaginative solutions.

And, of course, their dedication and creativity paid off. The Space Gardeners not only secured the magnificent 3rd Placed Award but also qualified for the prestigious global event, now enthusiastically waiting for the December announcement of the global winners by actual NASA experts, and their subsequent trip to the NASA headquarters in Washington, DC., USA.

Fingers crossed that our exceptional Space Gardeners will continue to shine and make us proud on this awe-inspiring journey!
