As part of our commitment to student wellbeing and responsible use of technology, AHSS has launched a series of Digital Safety workshops in collaboration with Metamorphosis Foundation, aimed at empowering students with the knowledge and skills to understand online risks while protecting themselves, thinking critically and acting responsibly online.
Today, we held the first workshop in the series. Our students showed great interest and engagement, asking thoughtful questions and actively participating in the discussion. It was encouraging to see how relevant and useful they found the topic.
During the session, students explored key aspects of digital safety, including password management, how hacking occurs, and practical ways to protect their personal data. We are especially dedicated to developing digital literacy and helping students understand the importance of their digital footprint, while equipping them with the tools to stay safe online.
We look forward to the upcoming workshops and to continuing this important conversation.
