As part of our extracurricular activities aimed at fostering independent creative expression, the Grade 9 students from the American High School Skopje together with their Art teachers – Dita Starova Kjerimi and Sergej Damovski, visited the Museum of Contemporary Art – Skopje, for a guided tour by the curator Bojana Janeva.
This inspiring visit marked the beginning of their journey toward creating their own artworks. By engaging directly with contemporary art, the students expanded their visual horizons, explored new media and reflected on themes such as public space, identity, and creative interpretation.
Beyond the Frame is more than an art project — it’s an educational path that develops character, critical thinking, and personal vision.
