Professional Experience:  
Aneta Simovska is a longtime professor of Italian language. Currently she works with the AHSS students with great pleasure and she carries out the classes with a lot of dedication. Aneta Simovska has been an integral part of the University American College Skopje faculty since 2016, and a part of the American High School Skopje since its beginning. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she specializes in Italian language and contemporary literature. Before joining our team, Aneta taught at several prestigious institutions, including being a Lecturer at University Orientale, Naples, Italy and Lecturer at University American College Skopje. She has published numerous translations from Italian in Macedonian language. She is a frequent participant at international language conferences.

– Member of the Association of Italian teachers in Macedonia del Nord
– General Secretary of Institute Dante Alighieri Skopje

Interests / Hobbies / Goals:  
In addition to literary translations, as a Secretary of the Dante Alighieri Institute, she is involved in education and culture projects. In her free time, she likes to play sports and travel. She enjoys preparing Italian food and reading books.
