We are proud to share that AHSS students participated in the Social Friday project, organized by Breon Skopje and the Social Friday initiative – an international movement dedicated to promoting social responsibility, volunteering, and community engagement among young people.
The event took place on Friday, September 26, 2025, and focused on an important topic –drug prevention among youth. Through a combination of informative sessions, interactive activities, and hands-on volunteering, students had the opportunity to learn, reflect, and contribute to a cause that directly affects their generation.
Our students attended the event together with Academic Coordinator and teacher Milosh Andonovski, who guided and supported them throughout the day.
Social Friday encourages students to use their time and energy for the benefit of others, helping them develop empathy, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of community needs. It is a meaningful experience that connects education with real-life social action – a perfect example of learning beyond the classroom.
We would like to thank Breon Skopje and the Social Friday team for including our students in this inspiring initiative, and to commend our AHSS participants for their enthusiasm, compassion, and sense of responsibility.
Together, they demonstrated that small actions can make a big difference. 💙
