On February 4, representatives of American High School Skopje participated in the first project meeting of the Erasmus+ initiative S.A.M.E.R. – Schools’ Ability to Adapt in the Modern Educational Context: Navigating Resilience.
The project focuses on strengthening schools’ ability to recognize areas most sensitive to change and to implement resilience strategies. Many schools currently lack practical tools to evaluate vulnerabilities and opportunities, making proactive responses to modern educational challenges more difficult. Through international cooperation, S.A.M.E.R. seeks to address these needs and support more adaptable school systems. Working along our partners Institute for Research in Environment, Civil Engineering and Energy – IECE, our school is proud to be a part of such an important project, helping to bring long-lasting and truly valuable effects to the community.
The meeting gathered partner institutions from Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, North Macedonia, and Albania, marking the beginning of joint work aimed at strengthening
resilience in education.
