As part of their Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) program, the IB Diploma Programme
students at AHSS prepared a heartwarming Thanksgiving project this year.
For this initiative, the students created a video journal consisting of three videos, in
collaboration with their fellow AHSS students. The videos capture personal reflections,
stories, and moments of gratitude, showcasing the spirit of community, thankfulness, and
connection within our school.
Through this project, the IB DP students not only fulfilled a CAS requirement but also
fostered meaningful interactions across different year groups, highlighting the value of
empathy, storytelling, and shared experiences.
The project has been a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and reflection, giving
students a chance to express what they are thankful for while building stronger bonds with
their peers.
We are proud of our IB DP students for their dedication and enthusiasm in making this
project a success—and for inspiring all of us to reflect on gratitude this Thanksgiving
season.
