Professional Experience

Belchev is a master of Macedonian language and communicology and has more than 6 years of teaching experience. His passion is to make learning about the Macedonian language and Macedonian culture an exciting journey! Belchev is working at Macedonian language Institute and has published numerous articles in leading philology journals and is a frequent speaker at international philology conferences.

Interests / Hobbies / Goals

When he’s not in the classroom, Belchev loves to explore nature by hiking in the mountains or enjoying the water on the stand-up paddle. Also, he wants to read and write and take long walks with his dogs. Belchev says, I’m glad to be part of the AHSS community that inspires new ways of learning, my mission is to bring students closer to the nature and development of the Macedonian language – also breaking the language barriers between new and old generations with open discussions.

Fun facts

As a young child Belchev won Oscar of popularity for active performance on radio and TV shows for children.
